OVERVIEW
Learn the fundamentals of where acting starts: how to be in the ‘here and now’, how to listen and how to connect. We will explore the notion of ‘impulse’ and learn how to act upon it, addressing the ‘obstacles' that block us from becoming present.
We will also introduce some basics of text analysis and how to identify thoughts.
Participants will gain an embodied understanding of the essentials of an actor’s psychophysical discipline.
